PerteDePoids is committed to respecting the privacy of site users, particularly in the processing of their personal data.

This processing is based on the following purpose(s): sending communications in the broadest sense as well as services and news offered by PerteDePoids in these different areas. This data will be kept for as long as the user’s registration is active. If the user unsubscribes, PerteDePoids undertakes to delete the data in its possession.

By accessing the pertedepoids.lu website and using the Contact Us or Phone Us button, the user gives their clear and unequivocal consent to the processing of their personal data by PerteDePoids. Users are informed that they have the right to withdraw their consent. If this right is exercised, the user’s personal data will no longer be processed.

Unless the control is carried out at the request of the competent authorities, the control of PerteDePoids can only relate to messages of a public or non-confidential nature, i.e. information found on a web page, messages found in discussion forums or computer mailings, without this list being limitative

1. respect users’ rights;
2. only process data that correlates with the purpose(s) determined;
3. to provide personal data as quickly as possible at the express request of the user;
4. guarantee the confidentiality of the data collected;
5. adopt the required levels of personal data protection security and provide all the means and technical measures within its reach to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, leakage, unauthorised access and theft of personal data. PerteDePoids cannot be held responsible for security breaches outside its control.
